Homemade - Treasures of Capsicum

Using capsicum as a presentation prop again (Stringing Sausages recipe), I present to you another simple recipe, this time focusing on eggs!

1 Green/Red Capsicum
3 Full Eggs
3 Egg Yolks
3 Egg Whites
Some amount of Mozzarella Cheese

The idea of having egg white is to beat it into fluffy state, and create an amazing effect to the presentation. But I realized I do not have the beating machine, and after manual beating for 10 minutes, I gave up...

First, I do up the scrambled egg, adding a bit of salt to enhance the taste. It's actually quite easy to prepare the scrambled egg. Mixed the whites and yolks together, and pour onto your pan at low heat. When the sides starts to form and inner is still runny, begin to fold the sides inward. Continue doing so till it reaches your desired state. Runny or not, your preference :)

Using 3 egg yolks as decoration, I leave it to boil for a few minutes.

Empty the capsicum, cook it, and stuff the scrambled eggs in. Next, prepared the mozzarella cheese to replace my initial idea of having the after-beaten fluffy egg whites, to place around the plate, and placing the egg yolks around it.

It was disappointing as I wanted the fluffy effect around the plate, which makes the capsicum seems to be rising among it! No choice, but to use mozzarella cheese as substitute, which totally ruins the image I had in mind. Egg yolks are overcooked, as I wanted it to be runny. Perhaps, I should just leave the egg yolks raw as it is.

A very simple dish!
