Wild Honey

Brunch day again! Located in town, Scotts Square is one place that is much quiet throughout the week. But heading up to level 3, I can't say the same.. Wild Honey has been heavily raved about, and finally its time for me to give it a try.. their all-day breakfast!

While waiting for seats, you might want to take a look at these cute little bears!

Policy: No substitution of food items. They are strict with this, so perhaps you might want to consider putting your "dislike" aside and enjoy the rest of the food :)

Iced Latte ($7.00), and Queen Bee ($9.00) which consists of ruby red grapefruit, elder flower and honey for a refreshing taste. I personally find it bitter instead of refreshing...

Imported Norwegian Smoked Salmon ($10.00).

European ($19.00) consisting of two poached eggs, sauteed mushrooms, imported Italian prosciutto, homemade hollandaise sauce on signature brioche.

Toast is quite hard, and in my opinion, the yolks are not as runny I would love to have, but delicious to finish up.

English ($24.00) consisting of scrambled eggs, Canadian back bacon, Cumberland pork sausage, sauteed mushrooms, dad's baked beans, breakfast potatoes, grilled vine ripened tomato and signature brioche.

If not for the hard toast, this whole dish is just perfect! Scrambled eggs can be a little dry, but still soft to slice and chew. My favorites are the sausage and potatoes :P

Even though it's stated in their website that they accept reservations for branch at Scotts Square, several calls made were not attended. If you really love to have your meal at Wild Honey, best is to head down and queue. Oh, at least they do accept on-site reservation :)

Food is served pretty fast and service provided with smile, despite the crowd.
